Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Cleared Security Officer to protect personnel, property, and sensitive information at a Manassas, VA site. The role involves patrolling facilities, enforcing regulations, and coordinating with clients and other security personnel.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, 3+ years in armed security or related fields, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must be able to obtain DoD clearance at appropriate level.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Minimum of 3 years of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• US citizenship required for government clearance.
• Good incident reporting skills in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services protecting personnel and property.
• Conduct facility patrols by foot, bike, or vehicle.
• Preserve order and enforce site rules and directives.
• Greet guests, escort visitors, and secure entry/exit points and classified info.
• Follow post orders and report safety concerns or breaches in writing or verbally.
• Respond to alarms and act as first responder when needed.
