Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is hiring at least four experienced Armature Winders / Electric Motor Winders for full-time, on-site work in Corpus Christi, TX. Gary, Indiana residents are encouraged to relocate.

Relocation and signing bonuses are offered: up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement, $1,950 housing assistance, $1,000 Day 1 sign-on bonus, $1,500 after 90 days, and $1,500 after 180 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience with armatures, stators, AC/DC motors, rotors, generators or field coils.
• Motor repair, electromechanical or heavy-industrial winding experience.
• Must be willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities

• Wind and rewind AC/DC industrial electric motors and generators.
• Rewind armatures, stators, wound rotors and field coils.
• Remove old copper windings and accurately record winding data.
• Perform form coil and random winding.
• Form, insert, connect, lace and insulate copper coils.
• Perform brazing and soldering.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble motors.
• Perform Megger, Hi-Pot, surge and insulation testing.
• Work with VPI, insulation systems and burnout/bake processes.
• Read winding diagrams, schematics and repair specifications.
