Job summary

Devine Management Consulting seeks an Electric Motor Winder Technician for full-time work in Corpus Christi, TX. You will review work orders and blueprints to disassemble, inspect, rewind, rebuild and test industrial motors, including copper coils and related components.

Requirements include 3+ years of winding/rewinding experience, ability to read wiring diagrams, and readiness to relocate. You must have your own basic hand tools and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Electric Motor Winder Technician – Industrial Motor Repair

Multiple Immediate Openings

We are hiring Electric Motor Winders for full-time positions in Corpus Christi, TX.

Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience, including copper coil work on AC/DC motors.

Pay, Schedule & Location

• $24–$34/hour DOE + Overtime
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Corpus Christi, TX | Relocation Required

Relocation & Bonus Package

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance
• $4,000 in bonuses: $1,000 Day 1 + $1,500 at 90 days + $1,500 at 180 days

What You'll Do

Review work orders, winding data, blueprints, and electrical schematics to disassemble, inspect, diagnose, rewind, rebuild, and test industrial electric motors and electromechanical equipment.

Work may include stators, armatures, wound rotors, field coils, form-wound and random-wound copper coils, insulation, brazing/soldering, and electrical testing. Copper Coil winding.

Requirements

• 3+ years industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience
• Experience building, winding and installing copper motor coils
• Ability to read winding data, wiring diagrams and schematics
• Industrial motor repair shop or electromechanical service-center experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Own basic hand tools of the trade
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must relocate to Corpus Christi, TX
