Job summary

Devine Management Consulting seeks experienced Electric Motor Winders / Motor Rewind Technicians in the Houston area, willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX. This role requires hands-on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience and pays $24–$34/hour DOE.

Relocation incentives include up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement and housing assistance, plus sign-on bonuses and staged payments after 90 and 180 days. Candidates will wind and rewind AC/DC motors and perform electrical testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience in motor repair/rewind shops or rotating equipment preferred.
• Willing to relocate Houston to Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities

• Wind and rewind AC/DC electric motors.
• Rewind stators, armatures, rotors and field coils.
• Strip old windings and accurately record winding data.
• Form, insert, connect, lace and insulate copper coils.
• Perform random winding and/or form coil winding.
• Perform Megger, surge and electrical testing.
• Work with VPI, insulation systems and burnout/bake processes.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and reassemble industrial electric motors.

We are hiring experienced Electric Motor Winders / Motor Rewind Technicians in the Houston area who are willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas. This position requires actual hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience — not general manufacturing coil winding.

Relocation & Incentives

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance
• $1,000 Day 1 sign-on bonus
• $1,500 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 180 days

Pay: $24–$34/hour DOE

What You'll Do
