Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder for a Corpus Christi, TX position with relocation required. You will wind and rewind AC/DC motors and generators, handle winding data, insulation and copper connections, and complete insulation tests using Megger and surge testers.

The role offers $24–$34 per hour plus overtime. Relocation package includes up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement, housing assistance, a Day 1 bonus, and performance bonuses at 90 and 180

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience with AC/DC motors and generators.

Responsibilities

• Winding and rewinding AC/DC motors and generators.
• Assist with winding data, insulation and copper connections.
• Perform insulation and testing procedures as required.

Relocation Package: Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement + $1,950 housing assistance + $1,000 Day 1 bonus + $1,500 at 90 days + $1,500 at 180 days.

Seeking experienced Electric Motor Winders with 3+ years of hands‑on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience.

Experience Required:

• AC/DC motors and generators
• Stators, armatures, rotors and field coils
• Form coil and/or random winding
• Winding data, insulation and copper connections
• Megger, surge or insulation testing
• Motor rewind/electromechanical shop experience

Must relocate to Corpus Christi, TX.
