Job summary

First American seeks a detail-oriented professional to support ARM servicing in our Special Products operations. You will handle ARM plan setup, index updates, and related maintenance, plus assist with SCRA processing and reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in mortgage servicing, strong communication, and a solid understanding of compliance and investor guidelines. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in mortgage servicing or Special Loans.
• Solid understanding of servicing concepts and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support within Special Products operations and ARM servicing.
• Handle ARM plan setup, index updates, and maintenance tasks.
• Review Servicemember's Civil Relief Act (SCRA) requests and processing.
• Create and maintain department documentation and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with investor, regulator and internal guidelines.
• Process department reports and monitor workflow for accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency and quality of service.
