Job summary

GritR Sports is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Arlington facility weekend operations, including Receiving and Outbound teams. You will lead a high-volume operation, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive KPI performance with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers $23.50 per hour with a 90-day probation, Thursday–Monday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) (Saturday/Sunday 7am-3pm), and a 30–45 day training period. Growth opportunities and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

Warehouse Supervisor (Weekends Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our weekend operations at our Arlington facility. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of our Outbound and Receiving departments. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who excels in high-volume environments and maintains a strong focus on inventory accuracy and team performance.

Shift and Compensation:

• Location: Arlington, Tx.
• $23.50 / hour (90 day probationary period)
• Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) (Saturday/Sunday 7am-3pm)
• Training Period: 30-45 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Supervise and assist Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring all Receiving and Outbound teams meet daily objectives.
• Inventory Control: Execute regular cycle counts and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Processes Management: Apply expert knowledge of packing and shipping processes to streamline workflow.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics.
• Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Warehouse Management and team members to ensure clear and effective information flow.
• Documentation: Maintain and update SOP’s
• Personnel Development: Lead the training and integration of new hires.
