GritR Sports and Outdoors is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor for our Arlington, TX facility. You will oversee inbound and outbound operations, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a weekend team in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving/shipping processes, maintaining SOPs, and training new hires. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations to meet daily objectives.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Apply expertise in packing and shipping to streamline workflow.
• Maintain KPI reporting and ensure performance targets are met.
• Serve as the main liaison between Warehouse Management and team members.
