Job summary

GritR Sports & Outdoors is seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Associate to join our warehouse team in Arlington, TX. You will be responsible for packing and shipping goods accurately and on time, labeling orders, and preparing shipments for transport.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand for an 8-hour shift. We offer health, dental, vision insurance and a 401K, plus opportunities for advancement.

• Recording Carton and packing information
• Processing shipments according to transportation and logistic requirements
• General upkeep and cleaning of work space
• Labeling and Shipping fulfilled orders
• Loading and Storing completed orders
• Knowledge of all BTC and BTB orders shipping/ packing processes
• Cross training upon need

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detailed orientated Outbound Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for packing / shipping goods correctly, accurately, and within a timely manner

Schedule:
7a-3p (no lunch), or 7a-4p (1hr unpaid lunch)
8a-4p
Operations:
Pre-peak Season (Jan-Aug) Mon-Sat Operating Days. Sundays off, and one weekday
Peak Season (Sep-Dec) Sun-Sat Operating Days. Two weekdays off

Responsibilities:

• Recording Carton and packing information
