Job summary

GritR Sports is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Arlington facility weekend operations, including Receiving and Outbound teams. You will lead a high-volume operation, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive KPI performance with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers $23.50 per hour with a 90-day probation, Thursday–Monday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) (Saturday/Sunday 7am-3pm), and a 30–45 day training period. Growth opportunities and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations; ensure daily objectives are met.
• Execute regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Apply expertise in packing and shipping processes to streamline workflow.
• Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Warehouse Management and team members.
