Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for Arlington, TX on 2nd shift. The role involves picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting of automotive and powersports products.

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM; Starting pay: $19.59/hour with weekly pay; onsite location. Ideal candidates are forward-focused, eager to grow, and capable of meeting daily goals in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse processes including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments.
• Verify accuracy of part numbers and shipping documentation.
• Enter shipment and inventory data into the ERP system.
• Sort shipments and deliver products to assigned locations.
• Pick, sort, and pack automotive and powersports parts.
• Prepare shipping labels through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
• Load trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Meet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks.

• Ability to maintain safety standards and follow established procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and move products as required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment
