Job summary

AtWork Group in Georgetown, Texas is hiring reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a fast-growing distribution and warehouse company. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who works well with minimal supervision and wants growth within warehouse and logistics.

You will pick and pull orders, pack securely, verify quantities and labels, stage shipments, and move inventory using pallet jacks. Forklift certification is a plus; strong attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution, picking/packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification/experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read labels, pick tickets, packing slips, and order sheets.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull orders accurately using pick tickets, order sheets, or handheld scanners.
• Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring orders are complete and ready for shipment.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and order information before shipping.
• Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipping and pickup.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers safely.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition.
• Move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Operate a forklift if certified/qualified - forklift certification and experience are a plus.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks.
• Restock shelves, bins, and inventory locations.
• Use handheld scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Identify damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies and report them appropriately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free aisles, workstations, and loading areas.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
