Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Arlington, TX. The role directs 1–2 leads and 10–20 associates, ensuring accurate timesheets, performance reviews, attendance tracking, and daily 5S compliance.

You will coordinate with Customer Support and Accounting, optimize labor usage, and uphold safety and core values while advancing operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role on a Monday–Friday 12:00 pm–8:30 pm shift.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years leading in hospitality, retail, construction or other departments.
• OP and Forklift Certification (or ability to complete certification).
• Proficient oral and written communication and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 1–2 leads and 10–20 Warehouse Associates.

• Evaluate staff and write effective performance reviews.

Overview:

Turn 14 Distribution is currently searching for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor that will assist in overseeing our day-to-day operations. This role will be critical in managing our rapidly growing operation. We will rely on this person for front line management as well as idea creation and implementation to help improve our productivity and quality.

Our 2nd Shift is Monday - Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 1 - 2 leads and 10 – 20 Warehouse Associates

Responsible for accurate and timely approval of timesheets via Ceridian Dayforce

Responsible for evaluating staff and writing effective performance reviews

Tracks attendance and prepares corrective action when needed

Advanced knowledge of operations in at least two departments and can be held accountable for those areas

Ensures successful preparation of shift by arriving with enough time to receive pass-down from departing supervisors.

Communicates to other departments about issues in a timely fashion (Customer Support, Accounting, etc.)

Ensure 5S is completed daily

Utilize reports to accurately assess and manage labor demands

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Turn 14 Distribution is requiring all new employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19. Turn 14 Distribution will consider applicants who cannot receive the vaccine for medical or religious-based reasons. If hired, candidates will be required to submit proof of vaccination (first dose is acceptable) by the first day of employment.

2 - 5 years’ experience leading in hospitality, retail, construction or other departments

OP and Forklift Certified (or ability to complete certification process)
