Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for the Arlington, TX team to support picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting of automotive and powersports products.

You will work a 4/10's shift (Saturday–Tuesday, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM) in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse processes including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to recognize and verify shipping labels for outbound trailers.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain safety standards and follow established procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate and support Turn 14 Distribution’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments.
• Verify accuracy of part numbers and shipping documentation.
• Enter shipment and inventory data into our ERP system.
• Sort shipments and deliver products to assigned locations.
• Pick, sort, and pack automotive and powersports parts.
• Prepare shipping labels through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
• Load trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Meet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks.

Schedule: 4/10's Shift (Saturday - Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM)
Starting Pay: $19.59/hour | Weekly Pay
