Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a motivated Arlington-based Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 1-2 leads and 10-20 associates on the 1st shift. This frontline management role focuses on productivity, quality, and timely timesheet approvals via Ceridian Dayforce.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in supervising teams in fast-paced environments, with forklift certification and a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and continuous improvement.

• 2-5 years of experience leading in hospitality, retail, construction, or other departments.
• OP and Forklift Certified (or ability to complete the certification).

Responsabilidades

Arlington Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift

Location: Arlington, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM)
Starting Pay: Salary | Weekly Pay

Position Overview:

Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a motivated and dependable 1stShift Warehouse Supervisor to join our Arlington team! This role will be critical in managing our rapidly growing operations. We will rely on this person for front-line management, as well as for idea generation and implementation, to help improve our productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 1 - 2 Leads and 10 - 20 Warehouse Associates
• Responsible for the accurate and timely approval of timesheets via Ceridian Dayforce
• Responsible for evaluating staff and writing effective performance reviews
• Tracks attendance and prepares corrective action when needed
• Advanced knowledge of operations in at least two departments, and can be held accountable for those areas
• Ensures successful preparation of the shift by arriving with enough time to receive pass-downs from the departing supervisors
• Communicates to other departments about issues in a timely fashion (Customer Support, Accounting, etc.)
• Ensures 5S is completed daily
• Utilize reports to accurately assess and manage labor demands

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years' experience leading in hospitality, retail, construction, or other departments
• OP and Forklift Certified (or ability to complete the certification process)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and move products as required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment
