Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a motivated Arlington-based Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 1-2 leads and 10-20 associates on the 1st shift. This frontline management role focuses on productivity, quality, and timely timesheet approvals via Ceridian Dayforce.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in supervising teams in fast-paced environments, with forklift certification and a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience leading in hospitality, retail, construction, or other departments.
• OP and Forklift Certified (or ability to complete the certification).
• Positive, winning attitude and leads by example.
• Understands how to apply Core Values to the operation.
• Proven drive and willingness to constantly improve.
• Strong record of managing a team that wants to perform.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Makes effective judgment calls when needed.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Maintains a safe work environment and enforces Turn 14 Distribution policies.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 1-2 Leads and 10-20 Warehouse Associates.
• Approve timesheets via Ceridian Dayforce.
• Evaluate staff and write performance reviews.
• Track attendance and implement corrective action.
• Be accountable for operations in at least two departments.
• Ensure shift readiness by receiving pass-downs from departing supervisors.
• Communicate issues promptly to other departments.
• Ensure 5S is completed daily.
• Use reports to manage labor demands.
