MARSHALLTOWN seeks a Vice President of Operations & Engineering for Arkansas, based in Fayetteville. This senior leader will shape strategic direction, oversee multiple facilities, and drive safety, quality, and profitability across engineering and manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15+ years in manufacturing leadership, bold business acumen, and a proven ability to align execution with strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA a plus.
- 10–15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP/Director/General Manager).
- Proven success leading large teams and complex operations.
- Strong leadership and executive decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: develop and execute operational strategies aligned with goals and growth.
- Manufacturing Operations: oversee daily manufacturing facilities, targets, safety and quality.
- Engineering & Product Development: lead engineering to support automation and NPI.
- Quality & Compliance: ensure regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Financial Performance: manage budgets, forecasts, and drive cost reductions.
- Team Leadership & Development: mentor senior managers and develop talent.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and HR.
