Job summary

MARSHALLTOWN is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer at our Walnut Ridge, AR facility to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes in alignment with product specifications. The role requires hands-on mechanical experience, strong curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to improve production methods and yields.

You will evaluate manufacturing projects, design components and equipment, and generate CAD models and drawings to support fabrication and assembly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of progressive manufacturing/mechanical engineering experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Performs research, design, and development of manufacturing processes and product designs.
• Evaluates business cases for new manufacturing processes, presents recommendations to upper management.
• Creates new designs to solve difficult manufacturing problems.
• Designs or sources production equipment, robotic systems and automation equipment.
• Prepares detailed CAD models and drawings to facilitate fabrication.
