MARSHALLTOWN is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Fayetteville, AR to lead Procurement and Logistics for our Supply Chain team. This role involves strategic planning and collaboration with internal partners to ensure the right amount of product is available at the right time.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience, preferably with a background in engineering. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in business management, merchandising, or related area.
• Previous experience leading supply chain teams strongly preferred.
• Proficient understanding of MRP Materials Resource Planning operating principles.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and documentation requirements.
• Effective organizational & project management skills through proven experience.
