ThrivePoint High School is seeking a Business Manager to oversee financial, operational, compliance, vendor management, and business support functions. The role acts as the primary liaison between Facilities and school leadership to ensure budget control, purchasing, contracts, events, and compliance with charter requirements.

The candidate will lead school operational processes, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, and collaborate with multiple departments to improve controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, expenditures, PO approvals, requisitions, invoices and payments.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and purchasing for curriculum, materials, events, and operations.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and reporting requirements; support audits and grants.
• Provide leadership and collaboration across Finance, HR, Compliance, IT and School Leadership.
• Assist Director with facilities audits and contractor management.
