LVI Associates in Phoenix seeks a licensed Site Civil Engineer (P.E.) to lead site development and public infrastructure projects across Arizona. You will oversee design from planning through construction, coordinate with municipalities, and mentor junior staff.

The role blends technical design with project management, client interactions, and regulatory approvals, offering growth in a multidisciplinary team working on transportation, drainage, parks, and municipal utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Active Arizona P.E. license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience with site development.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of municipal design standards and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design for site development and public infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and roadway plans.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, clients, architects and landscape architects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Provide QA/QC reviews of plans, specs and reports.
• Support permitting and agency approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to project presentations.
• Provide construction-phase support including RFIs.
