Job summary

claritypediatrics in Arizona is seeking an Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract 1099 hourly consultant role will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state.

This engagement offers a flexible schedule, approximately 1 hour per week, with potential for expanded involvement as patient services launch in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Board-certified Pediatrician.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers.
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Arizona state residency required.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure: Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape; provider and patient attitudes toward care.
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions.
