Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking an Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as operations are established in the state.

The role is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant position with potential for future clinical service opportunities based on mutual interest and business needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Board-certified Pediatrician.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers.
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Arizona state residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape.
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
