Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking an Arizona-licensed Therapist to support the launch of our behavioral health services in Arizona. This contract 1099 role focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness as we expand access to care within the state.

This flexible, hourly consultant position is expected to be about 1 hour per week, with limited time during the launch phase and potential for future clinical opportunities based on mutual interest.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements.
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Arizona state residency required.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure: participate in payer enrollment and complete CAQH documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and attestations.
• Support network launch and market expansion activities.
• Attend user interviews to understand AZ landscape and identify local key opinion leaders.
