Iron Sky Recruiting is recruiting for an Outside Roofing Sales Representative to service homeowners across Arizona. This field-based role offers autonomy, high earning potential with uncapped commissions, and a structured training program.

First-month training pays $750 weekly, totaling about $3,000, then you move to commission-based pay with potential to earn six figures in your first year. Prior roofing experience is not required; strong communication and a coachable attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Based in Arizona and able to travel within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through in-person homeowner engagement and relationship building.
