Job summary

Rapid Medical seeks a Commercial Field Sales professional to expand our Arizona territory. This full-time, field-based role offers flexibility across levels based on your experience, with Phoenix as a preferred home base.

You will build relationships with neurovascular physicians and hospital stroke teams, educate on our thrombectomy technologies, and drive adoption across accounts while partnering with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Medical device sales or clinical-support experience (level varies).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with physicians, hospital stroke teams, and key accounts.
• Establish a daily cadence with sales calls, case coverage, and education.
• Provide in-servicing and procedural/clinical support.
• Identify and grow new business, drive adoption of Rapid Medical tech.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on territory strategy and quarterly reviews.
• Represent Rapid Medical at society meetings and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate activity and account records.
