Antelope Hills in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Superintendent to lead course maintenance within Troon, a global leader in golf and community management. This on-site role drives budget planning, turf culture, and safe, compliant operations.

You will direct greens and landscape programs, supervise staff, coordinate winter/spring prep, and ensure high-quality course conditions while managing equipment and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Pesticide Application License are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains the golf course maintenance budget and capital plans.
• Plans, organizes and directs maintenance and construction of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers.
• Supervises planting and cultural practices for turf grasses and ornamentals.
• Ensures maintenance equipment is properly maintained.
• Procures supplies within budget and maintains cost records and reports.
• Coordinates snow removal and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Delivers staff training and ensures safety and proper licenses.
• Winterization planning and spring turf/irrigation preparations.
• Operates and maintains water delivery systems and related infrastructure.
• Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to company policies.
