Job summary

The National Forest Foundation is seeking an Arizona Forestry Program Manager to lead forest restoration programs and oversee project pipelines across Northern Arizona forests. This role focuses on collaboration with the U.S.

Forest Service, funders, and contractors to ensure high-quality project delivery and stewardship. The candidate will supervise forestry staff, manage complex budgets, and frequently travel throughout the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in forestry or related natural resources field.
• Minimum of three years’ forestry or conservation project management experience with US Forest Service policies/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead forest restoration programs and project pipelines across multiple national forests.
• Oversee all aspects of project implementation including procurement, field oversight and contract administration.
• Represent NFF as a forestry SME in Arizona and the Southwest with stakeholder groups.
