The Clinical Support Specialist role at BioHorizons places you as the primary relationship lead for DSO accounts across AZ and neighboring states, with about 30% overnight travel. You will train end users, drive revenue, and strengthen BioHorizons' ties with major accounts while living in Arizona.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a professional setting. You will interface with ACI dentists on tooth replacement therapy, provide technical and clinical support,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree and/or combination of experience.
• 3+ years in a professional environment.
• Willingness to travel overnight (~30%).
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving record.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B or signed declination form.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with ACI dentists on tooth replacement therapy.
• Provide technical expertise on BioHorizons products and services.
• Provide clinical support to ACI dentists.
• Expand product utilization in the assigned territory.
• Attend and represent BioHorizons at educational courses related to ACI.
• Maintain and increase revenue with ACI dentists.
• Plan monthly travel schedule and budgeting with regular reporting.
• Complete reports on time and ensure compliance with customer interfaces.
• Attend major conventions within the area of responsibility.
• Participate in public speaking engagements on behalf of BioHorizons.
