Developmental Services Continuum, Inc. is seeking an experienced ARF Administrator to oversee two licensed Level 6 Adult Residential Facilities serving adults with IDD and behavioral support needs in California. You will ensure regulatory compliance, implement IPPs and safety protocols, and lead a dedicated residential team.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years of ARF/IDD experience, and willingness to work a flexible schedule. Competitive pay between $28–$30 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid California ARF Administrator Certification required.
• Minimum two years supporting individuals with IDD and behavioral needs.
• ARF Level 6 experience preferred.
• Must pass California DOJ and FBI background checks; health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two Level 6 ARFs, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Title 22, Title 17, HIPAA and licensing standards.
• Supervise and develop DSPs and residential staff.
• Manage staffing, schedules, performance, and on-call rotation.
• Monitor IPPs, behavior support plans, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with behavior consultants, regional centers, and families.
• Document progress notes, incident reports, and behavioral data.
• Coordinate staff training, orientation, and performance development.
• Oversee medication procedures and health/safety procedures.
• Maintain budgets, client accounts, and household supplies.
• Oversee daily living activities and transportation to appointments.
