Job summary

Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) seeks an Analyst/Associate, AREX Client Services to support the AREX platform and coordinate between financial advisors, investors, product specialists, and the AREX Closing Team.

You will manage the front end of the AREX lifecycle, review KYC/AML documentation, and ensure timely data entry in Salesforce, maintaining strong client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a client service, operations, or transaction support role.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing detailed documentation and workflows.
• Familiarity with trust, LLC, partnership, and corporate entity documentation.
• Working knowledge of real estate transactions, applications, and related documentation.
• Experience with KYC and AML processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with advisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate and track offering and marketing materials for financial advisors and clients.
• Serve as primary contact for financial advisors during application phase and guide required documentation.
• Review investor and loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Gather and organize trust, LLC, partnership, and corporate documentation for KYC/AML review.
• Enter and maintain accurate investor and transaction data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Track key dates and milestones throughout the application and pre-closing process.
• Coordinate with AREX Product Specialists, Client Services, and Closing Team for smooth handoffs.
