Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality shareholder servicing to existing stockholder and financial advisor base.
• Provide pre-sale shareholder operational support.
• Assist in timely and accurate processing of shareholder transactions including distributions, redemptions, statements and tax reporting.
• Assist in coordination of proxy voting procedures.
• Ensure timely communication with affiliated wholesaling broker-dealer.
• Assist with broader operations functions as needed.
