Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.

• Must have night, weekend & holiday availability.
• Able to stand and walk during the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile and verbal greeting upon entry.
• Admit guests with valid tickets and deny access otherwise.
• Provide guests with directions to venue locations as needed.
• Be proactive and offer assistance if a guest looks confused.
• Direct guests to correct seats and resolve seating issues.
• Monitor guest conduct and report issues to management or security.
• Address complaints promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and move with urgency.
