Job summary

SAVOR… Omaha is seeking an energetic suite attendant to set up and manage luxury suites during arena events. You will prepare chafing dishes, plates and utensils, deliver game day food and beverages, and ensure smooth service from opening to post-game cleanup.

The role requires excellent guest service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with sanitation and alcohol service training. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting and overall ambiance in the suite.
• Verify and set-up all event orders for Suites
• Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself
• Take game day food and beverage orders and deliver to suite
• Set-up and check on game day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils for suite and catering as needed
• Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite and catering areas throughout During Event
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on charges in a timely manner
• Clear all items from the suite and catering areas and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes
• Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions
• Check out with supervisor or manager
• Must follow all SAVOR… Omaha policies and procedures
• Must be present for all major events at the Arena
