Job summary

ASM Global in Omaha seeks an experienced event services assistant to support suite operations during games and events. You will set up and break down suite spaces, take guest food and beverage orders, deliver to suites and ensure timely service throughout events.

This role requires strong guest service, the ability to work extended hours, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a foodservice position.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check.
• Ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards and sanitation training.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting and ambiance in the suite.
• Verify and set-up all event orders for Suites
• Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself
• Take game day food and beverage orders and deliver to suite
• Set-up and check on game day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils for suite and catering as needed
• Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite and catering areas throughout During Event
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on charges in a timely manner
• Clear all items from the suite and catering areas and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes
• Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions
• Check out with supervisor or manager
