Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in security management or related field.
• At least 5 years in security, venue ops, or related field with 2+ in leadership.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and hold required licenses.
• Strong knowledge of security/public safety in a venue setting.
• Proven coaching and accountability for staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Officers and Supervisors to ensure safety during events and daily operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty for assigned events and oversee staffing.
• Assist in budgeting, payroll, training, and equipment management.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for Target Center events and daily ops.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, tenants, and event personnel on security measures.
