Responsibilities

• Greet guests in dining room warmly and promptly; take food and beverage orders and deliver with efficiency.
• Explain menu items and ingredients; suggest pairings and accommodate dietary needs and allergens when needed.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Maintain clean, safe, and neat dining area; handle transactions and cash alongside standard procedures.
• Address guest concerns promptly and report issues to supervisor as needed.
