Job summary

Legends Global, owner of Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA, seeks a part-time Premium Pantry Coordinator to support food and beverage operations during events. You will work with the kitchen and concessions team to manage pantry functions, ensure orders are fulfilled, and help maintain inventory.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and strong communication. A current food handler card is required, and flexibility to cover multiple duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have current and valid food handlers' card.
• Able to climb stairs, stand, bend and walk for the duration of shift.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and nights.
• Willing to work as Suite Attendant, Caterer, Barback or Bartender if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide event-driven service of food and beverages for Toyota Arena suites and catering locations.
• Process and track pantry food orders; maintain pantry inventory and records.
• Open and close pantry operations per supervisor directions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and staff to fulfill all food orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety and labeling guidelines.
