Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA. Responsible for daily FOH operations, leadership, inventory control, service standards, and financial performance during events.

The role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and requires a strong hospitality background and proven supervisory experience to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of venue or related hospitality experience.
• Progressive supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all Front-of-House (FOH) team members assigned to the venue(s).
• Implement training programs to ensure high-quality service and product knowledge.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during events and resolve concerns promptly.
• Direct and administer operational controls for FOH operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage venue to budget revenue, food cost, expenses, headcount, and profitability.
