Legends Global is seeking a part-time Premium Runner for Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA. The role involves event-driven food and beverage service for suites and catering locations, with duties from opening/closing to assisting with concessions.

Must lift 20–50 lbs, work nights/weekends/holidays, and maintain a professional appearance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, basic math/cash handling, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work as a Suite Attendant, Caterer, Bar Back and/or Bartender, if necessary and/or scheduled.
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience
• Basic math and cash handling experience
• Must be flexible, have a sense of urgency, be able to respond quickly and resourcefully to internal and external issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problem, propose and implement solutions
• Daily lifting and carrying up to 20-50 lbs. up to 10 minutes at a time
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food orders are fulfilled fully and received from kitchen without discrepancy or shortages.
• Assist Concession stands, Suite Attendants and Caterers as needed with maintaining the cleanliness and delivery of food for all suite/catering locations.
• Responsible for the completion of opening and closing duties assigned by the Concessions, Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor.
• Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Any other duties as assigned.
