Job summary

Vinik Sports Group is seeking a reliable Painter to perform patching, sanding, painting, and surface prep across our facilities in the Tampa area. You will operate brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean work area.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of painting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in the painting field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledgeable of painting related equipment.
• Ability to patch, sand, and finish surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform patching, sanding, and surface prep for painting.
• Apply paint, primer, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Safely handle and dispose of paints and solvents per guidelines.
• Assist other trades and maintenance team members as needed.
• Follow daily work assignments and directions from supervisors and senior painters.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Represent Vinik Sports Group professionally.
