Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years experience as a painter or equivalent.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• General knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and apply paints, sealers, and solvents to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair, caulk, texture, and finish surfaces; restore wall surfaces to match.
• Operate spray equipment, lifts, scaffolding, and related tools.
• Maintain safety practices and proper equipment maintenance.
• Lead less experienced staff and assist with training as needed.
