Job summary

Vinik Sports Group is seeking a Painter to perform patching, sanding, and surface prep across facilities. You will apply paints and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires a dependable, detail-oriented team player who can work with minimal supervision and represent the company professionally. Responsibilities include assisting other trades, following supervisor directions, and supporting game/event nights.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years’ experience in the painting field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable of painting related equipment.
• State Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and in team.
• Strong work ethic and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform patching, sanding, and surface prep.
• Apply paint and coatings with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Safely handle and dispose of paints and solvents.
• Assist other trades and maintenance team members.
• Follow daily work directions from supervisors.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Represent Vinik Sports Group professionally.
• Work Game/Event nights as needed.
