Job summary

Legends Global in San Diego is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily venue operations for Pechanga Arena San Diego. You will supervise the operations team, coordinate event setup, maintenance, and a/v services, and ensure safety and compliance across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, 4+ years in facility or venue operations, and proven leadership in a high-volume public assembly setting.

Qualifications

• Supervising and training personnel, scheduling, time management, and purchasing procedures.
• Ability to make decisions guided by procedures and policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of operations for events and facility upkeep.
• Oversee event conversions, building/grounds maintenance, and AV services.
• Manage union operations staff; train, schedule, direct, and appraise performance.
