Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks an Operations Manager for Pechanga Arena San Diego. Under the Director of Operations, you will oversee daily venue operations, maintenance, and event support, coordinating with staff and contractors.

A Bachelor's degree and five years supervisory experience in a public assembly setting are preferred; salary range is $80,000–$85,000, exempt, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field.
• Five years of supervisory/management experience in public assembly facilities.
• Ability to supervise union and non-union staff and manage safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and event services for the venue.
• Direct and train full-time union operations staff and manage scheduling.
• Coordinate with contractors and other departments; ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist in capital projects and ensure ice and venue readiness for events.
