Job summary

Minot Park District is seeking a full-time MAYSA Arena supervisor to assist with ice operations, turf maintenance, and general facility management. The role includes overseeing part-time and seasonal staff, coordinating event setups, and ensuring safety standards across the arena environment.

Responsibilities involve operating ice resurfacing and related equipment, handling public sessions, and performing custodial tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience related to the listed duties.
• ND Driver's License required; US Ice Rink CIT & CRA certifications or ability to begin earning them.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Ice Operations including ice maintenance and equipment operation.
• Assist with Ice Installation, Painting, Flooding and Ice Removal.
• Assist Indoor Turf Installation, Turf Maintenance and Turf Removal.
• Assist Facility Operations: cleaning, light maintenance, snow removal, mowing and trimming.
• Assist with Facility Events from setup to teardown.
• Supervise part-time, seasonal, and community service staff; work nights/weekends.
