Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a Part-Time Team Member in the General Cook role within the Hershey Entertainment Complex. You will supervise kitchen operations, ensure safety and sanitation, and follow standardized recipes to deliver quality items for venues like Hersheypark.

The position requires 16+ years old, 1 year culinary experience or student in Culinary/Pastry Arts, and ServSafe/Allergen training within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum 1 year in culinary field or enrolled in Culinary/ Pastry Arts program.
• Ability to train and supervise entry-level Culinary and Pastry staff.
• Must pass ServSafe Food Handler and Allergen programs within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen.
• Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work areas.
• Adhere to Hershey Entertainment Complex policies.
• Prepare all food items according to prep sheets and standardized recipes.
• Deliver prepared items to locations as needed.
• Work with supervisors to acquire goods for locations.
