Legends Global seeks a part-time Cook for Pinnacle Bank Arena to assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, upholding top food quality, presentation and timing. You’ll help with daily kitchen prep and meal service, reviewing recipes and maintaining a sanitary work area.

This role requires recipe execution, basic culinary skills, and adherence to safety standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected. Culinary training preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary certification or degree preferred, but not required.
• Food Handlers Permit required per health department.
• ServSafe certification preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 years food service or restaurant experience required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meats).
• Read and execute recipes with accuracy.
• Cook using grilling, baking, boiling, and other methods.
• Make precise measurements and portioning.
• Store food and items with receive dates properly.
• Ensure sanitary handling of foods and supplies.
• Monitor food temperatures and safety regulations.
• Distribute and store pots, dishes and utensils; wash dishes.
• Adhere to dress code and safety procedures.
