Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes as directed; measure ingredients and prepare them in accordance with chef’s specifications.
• Wash and peel ingredients for use in different meals; cut and portion different meat types.
• Store ingredients in dedicated containers and maintain proper temperatures.
• Clean and sanitize working surfaces, tools, utensils and area; maintain sanitary conditions.
• Attend required Training for F&B and venue operations.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
