Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time IT Technician at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. You will support daily technical operations, troubleshoot computing technology, and assist with POS and hardware implementations in a busy event environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with point-of-sale, property management systems, and retail systems.
• Experience with cloud-based computing and network support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user hardware/software.
• Assist in implementing IT solutions at Bridgestone Arena.
• Set up and maintain user accounts and configurations for team members.
• Prioritize and resolve help desk requests during events and normal hours.
• Record and document actions taken for ticket resolutions.
